After registering (at bottom of this page), please complete The Brandi Ray Personal Training Agreement. You may submit your completed agreement to Brandi A. Ray at brandi@brandiray.com, or bring with you at your initial consultation.
If you are registering for a on-line personal training program, an agreement is on the on-line software. Please complete the online agreement.
